We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact to be eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Received within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Not damaged due to misuse or negligence

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Products damaged by customer negligence
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely with all original materials
  4. Ship the item to our address (details will be provided)
  5. We will inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide clear photographs of the defect and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
